Shipments are made through transport companies with offices in Madrid.
The cost of all shipments to the peninsula (including Portugal) is included in the price of the item.
- National Standard shipping period: 3-5 business days
- Standard International shipping time: 10-20 business days
In the case of international shipments, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the product purchased. The additional costs other than the shipping cost, such as destination taxes, customs clearance, IGIC, import taxes or any other type of expenses, when they exist, must be assumed by the client at the time of receipt of the order and will be will pay at destination. The Fresh Gallery is not responsible for these possible additional costs or expenses.
All shipments have a tracking number so that the customer can check the status of their order. The shipping time may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery is considered completed from the moment the artwork has been made available to the client at the delivery location indicated by the client.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
The buyer shall be entitled to return what was purchased within 14 calendar days. This period will run from the day the buyer receives the purchased items.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from when he communicated his desire to withdraw. The return cost will be paid by the buyer. The seller will only be responsible for the return costs in the case of defective merchandise, in which case the buyer must notify it within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Any return of items purchased by the buyer must be carefully packaged.
The buyer must return the product with all the contents of the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if stains or damage are observed in the items. In the case of the return of frames, special attention will be paid to the fact that they are in the same state in which they were sent to the buyer.
